Chris is a partner of a commercial real estate investment firm that currently has 2.5 million square feet under ownership and management. He leads acquisitions / dispositions for the group and has been with the company since 2004. He has over 25 years of transactional and commercial real estate analysis and related experience. Previously, he was a founding partner of Ascent Venture Group, a real estate investment company focusing primarily on commercial real estate investment opportunities.

Hobbies for Chris include volunteering, mentoring and coaching in various sports including soccer, baseball and basketball for local youth teams such as AYSO, CYSA, Little League, and local school, YMCA and NJB basketball while also playing a few in between. As a youth, he played competitive travel soccer with a local club, MVLA. After college, he played for different club teams in the area and, in 1995, co-founded the Portola Valley Soccer Club (PVSC), along with a core of like minded players who focused on fun, travel and camaraderie, playing until 2012. Golf, surfing, and snow skiing are other sports interests.

While serving as board President for the MP Strikers Soccer club, Chris helped orchestrate a merger with neighboring Alpine soccer club to ultimately become Alpine Strikers which currently boasts over 50 youth travel soccer teams. It was in some of his coaching and board positions where he became exposed to and interested in PCA and their guiding philosophies. Often, PCA would attend and teach at club functions to parents, board members and coaches.

  • Masters in Business (MBA) from Santa Clara University (1999)
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego (U.C.S.D) in 1988.

Chris has 3 children, all who enjoy and participate in youth sports, and resides, along with his wife, in Menlo Park, California.
