Rich joined PCA in 2017 as the Chapter Executive Director for PCA-Arizona. As CED, Rich is responsible for the success of the PCA-Arizona Chapter. He works with the Arizona board to develop, implement and evaluate a long-term strategy for the chapter. He represents PCA in the community by developing relationships with business, philanthropic, academic and government leaders. In addition, Rich is responsible for raising sufficient funds annually for PCA-Arizona to thrive.

Prior to PCA, Rich worked for the Arizona Cardinals, most recently as Business Development Manager. Earlier, he served as the Cardinals Youth Outreach Coordinator, launching and building the team’s efforts in this area to become one of the best in the NFL. Rich also worked for the NFL Players Golf Club and for the Arizona Diamondbacks before joining the Cardinals.

Rich played one year of professional baseball and played for four years at the University of Arizona.  His dad, Dick Tomey, was a legendary head football coach at the University of Arizona, and has supported PCA-Hawaii. 

Outside of work, Rich spends time with his wife is Rachelle, his daughter Taylor and son's Ryan and Chase.
